"Interlaced display mode" is now working.

The difference between your Xorg.O.log and mine was that one of the
"Supported VESA Video Modes" in my file was labelled as "interlaced" while
in your case it was lacking.
Manipulating the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file in Section "Monitor" finally made
the stripes to appear, which in turn made the "interlaced full window
stereo" possible.
