[Lel4_user] rsync download problem

The rsync for the first disk of the current ISO's for lel4 fails to 
download. I don't know if it is a permissions error on the rsync server or 
something else, but that specific ISO image cannot be successfully 
downloaded from the rsync server. As you can see from the detailed report 
it knows that the correct size is 632330240 bytes, but fails to download 
anything.

This makes it impossible to install LEL4 from CD.
