[Lel4_user] upgrading from Lineox 3.0.x to 4.0.x

hey all,
   I have attempted to run the installer for 4.0 from CDs to upgrade a
Lineox 3.0.x box.  The installer did NOT seem to recognize the 3.0.x system
and I quit the install process.

  Any tips??
